Todd Hahn II

Todd grew up in Riverside, a small town outside of Iowa City. As a young child, he became interested in residential construction while working for his family's home-building and development company. It was there he learned the value of designing and building quality homes while creating genuine relationships with his clients.

Todd went on to earn his BFA in 3D Design from the University of Iowa. During his college years, he branched off from the family business and began building and designing his own homes and furniture under the company name, Todd Hahn Design. Some of his greatest achievements include showing furniture in Chicago, New York, and Milan, featuring a house in the 2016 Parade of Homes, and having his chair mass produced by the New York based company, Adesso Inc. 

After school, Todd met and married his wife, Erika, who graduated from the University of Iowa Dental School with her DDS. She continues to play a large role in helping Todd push the limitations of the conventional home building process here in Iowa. They recently added to their family, having their first child, Jack. 

Outside of work, they love food, spending time with family, attending their local church in Coralville, and digging into all Iowa City and the Creative Corridor have to offer.
